Resort in Lefkada– Greece

 A plot of approximately 80 dunams on the island of Lefkada in Greece, consisting of several historical subplots.
Conducting a process of merging and dividing into regular plots that will allow for the construction of residential buildings on each plot. The terrain has steep topography, and at its base is a private beach.
The area will be divided into approximately 12 plots, each of which will have a house + swimming pool in different sizes according to 2 main models: a cave house or a ground-level house.
Public areas will include: a public building, sports fields, public paths, decks, and piers along the beach, landscape and gardening development.
